De imagens e gentes-rocha
arte rupestre, relacionalidade e intra-ação

Em contraposição aos modelos representacionistas, presentes na Arqueologia, proponho abordar as imagens presentes nos sítios Céu Estrelado e Família, localizados em Canindé do São Francisco, Sergipe, a partir de um entendimento relacional do mundo, em que as categorias de seres não são preestabelecidas e sim fluidas, como resultado de cortes agenciais em processos de intra-ação. Dentro desse contexto, tentemos realizar um exercício interpretativo e imaginar, por exemplo, que as imagens representam não figuras bidimensionais estáticas, ou representações simbólicas, mas seres não-humanos sencientes, algo que poderíamos chamar de gentes-rocha. Muito mais que verdades, este artigo propõe um exercício e uma provocação.
