Antiguas investigaciones, nuevos hallazgos: la reinterpretación del espacio ornamentado del sitio rupestre de cosmezinho en el sertão de Alagoas

La herramienta DStretch® ayuda en la lectura de pinturas rupestres que tienen poca conservación y visibilidad, facilita la lectura de conjuntos parietales y permite comprender la cronología de construcción de espacios ornamentados. Trabajando con imágenes fotográficas, hace posible releer sitios que ya han sido investigados, abriendo una perspectiva importante en la investigación sobre sitios rupestres. Este texto aborda los resultados de la relectura del panel 5 del sitio rupestre Cosmezinho (Brasil) a partir de la aplicación de DStretch® sobre los datos obtenidos en 2009. Esta nueva lectura generó elementos importantes para discutir la aplicación metodológica de esta herramienta y un perfeccionamiento de las lecturas realizadas sobre la organización gráfica del panel estudiado.
