Primeiro levantamento do gasoduto San Matias, Cuiabá

Este artigo trata de uma levantamento preliminar no Gasoduto San Matias/Cuiabá, efetuado em 1998 pelos autores. Apresentamos, brevemente, a literatura arqueológica sobre o assentamento humano naâtea e, em seguida, descrevemos o trabalho de campo. Concluímos por ressaltar a importância de um adequado tratamento científico e patrimonial do material.
