Archaeologist Camilla Agostini works in several fields of knowledge, working in literature, in studies of material culture, in addition to a teaching practice which involves her profession as a historian/archaeologist. The work describes his trajectory and presents his research around stories that involve the world of blackness in the city of Vassouras, in Rio de Janeiro. The Paraíba Valley is presented from the immersions in the rural area, where the researcher brings together the local social landscapes with her academic research projects, in dialogue with the community and masters of popular culture. The dialogue with so many languages of knowledge, with Archeology as the methodology that makes the difference in this discussion on Landscapes, drives us to think about the landscape in a broad way. In terms of interdisciplinarity, presenting the contemporary landscape as a theme where past and present can be approached from a social cartography and revive forgotten and/or silenced landscapes. In dialogue with the theme of the collection in which it is inserted, the Memory of Landscapes Collection, carried out by the Paisagens Híbridas Research Group. The research deals with social landscapes involving the reader in a dynamic way. It is divided into a preamble, followed by the First Act: subdivided into research project and field of action. Brooms: the research field; in the paths of jongo; Masters and researchers in action; The writing of the master's thesis; Farewell and Act Two, subdivided into The Wind That Goes and Closing scenes
